An Important Note Regarding ROTOPLAS Housing

Recently some of you have received offers from third-party companies offering very low rates on hotel rooms during Rotoplas. These companies are not affiliated with the Association of Rotational Molders or the Hyatt. Unfortunately, this is a common occurrence with popular tradeshows like Rotoplas.

We have confirmed with the Hyatt that despite their offers the following companies DO NOT have a room block at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare during Rotoplas:

International Events
National Travel Associates LLC

While we can't say for certain what would happen if you were to entrust this third-party company with your credit card information, we can tell you what has happened when our members have made reservations with other third-party companies in the past:

John Smith makes a reservation with a third-party company that forces him to pre-pay for his reservation in full, requires a minimum of three room nights, and prohibits any cancellations. A few months later the third-party company indicates that 1) the conference hotel is now sold out and 2) there is no longer a room available for John Smith in the conference hotel; however, the third-party company has a room available in a different hotel.

The good news: the Association of Rotational Molders has contracted with the Hyatt Regency O'Hare for a room rate of $165/night. They offer a 24-hour cancellation policy and the Hotel has promised that our members and attendees are receiving the lowest available rate with very limited exceptions (flight crews, etc.). To book directly with the Hyatt, call (847) 696-1234.

We look forward to seeing you at Rotoplas. You can learn more about the show, including speaker information, exhibitor information, activities in the area, and much more atwww.rotoplas.org
